The objective for Harper GraphicSolutions is to customize the Anilox Verification Program(sm) to fit our customers’ best practices.

The end result for you, our customer, will be a verification program that is easily managed by the appropriate team member. You will have the ability to verify the condition of a specific anilox before installation, decreasing potential waste and downtime.

Flow of project to include but not limited to:

• Analyze current internal process & Equipment.
• Develop & implement procedure (s) for inspection & measurement of Anilox rolls.
• Develop & implement incoming QC procedures.
• Develop & implement forms & tags for incoming QC.
• Develop & implement procedure for Anilox rolls returned from press.
