The program is designed to identify the causes of scoring, educate personnel and implementation of procedures to eliminate scoring. A Graphic Solutions Team Member fills out a questionnaire. Facts are gathered from the press floor. Review meetings with press and management personnel are held. From the data collected, an individualized package, describing potential causes of scoring, dollars lost to down-time, cost associated with scoring issues, return on investment and a step-by-step plan of implementation is assembled and presented to the facility.
