DUAL BRUSH SCRUBBING ACTION
A new scientific design for cleaning anilox rolls that utilize compressed air to create its own orbital action and immediately remove embedded dried ink pigment.
The Poulsonator™ is a dual brush scrubber that is air operated at 40 psi to take the elbow grease out of the equation and reduce anilox cleaning time by up to 70 percent! The start lever is designed to fit into the palm of your hand as you move the scrubber across the roll. The Poulsonator™ comes with an air regulator that is preset and ready to use. There are two different bracket options that will allow you to clean small rolls up to 8 inches (inner brush slots for 0-5” and outer slots for 5-8”) and larger rolls 8-12 inches in diameter. Available with your choice of stainless steel or brass brushes. Don’t forget an extra set of brushes!
