MULTI-PURPOSE WATER-BASED INK CLEANER

Powder formula that mixes in water to conveniently pump through your entire press system to prevent ink clogging & remove potentially dangerous debris that may cause damage to the anilox roll. Combine this powder mixture with water to clean water-based inks on: anilox rolls, rubber rolls, printing plates, ink pumps, ink pans, ink hoses, doctor blade chambers, press frames, press room doors and deck flushing systems.

INSTRUCTIONS

For general cleaning and flushing: Mix 1 scoop/1 packet with 5 gallons of water
For cleaning plates: mix 1 scoop/1 packet per quart of water.
Rinse surface with water.
Wipe with a clean, Ultimate Lint-Free Rag.
