ELECTRIC + PNEUMATIC MOTORIZED PROOFER TABLES

Motorized Proofer Tables are available in two different types, electric and pneumatic, and come with an unwind stand. The standard motorized table will accommodate HarperScientific’s standard sized proofer and produce a print width of 2.5” (63.5 mm). The plus will produce a print width of 4.5” (114.3 mm) and adds an additional three inches to the overall width of the table, making the overall footprint 11” x 48”. Proofers are sold separately.

The electric table has a variable speed from 15-450 inches/min-ute (381-1,143 cm/min) and has a universal powered supply that may be operated at 45 watts, 85-265 VAC, and 50/60 Hz).

Product Details

The pneumatic table has an internal regulator and flow control, which are preset at 1,000 inches/minute (2,540 cm/min) to assure smooth travel. It requires 90-100 psi (6.2-6.9 bars) of clean, dry, compressed air from a minimum of a 3/8“ (10 mm) pipe/line.
