Note: Always keep in mind that aluminum based cores are more susceptible to corrosion. To avoid damage to the inner cores of the anilox roll always use a cleaner with a safe pH level.

ANILOX CLEANER FOR WATER-BASED INKS
ALTRAWASH GREEN™ is a cleaner specifically designed & formulated to be safe & effective in safely removing water-based inks from your anilox roll, through pressure washing systems, soak tanks and ultrasonic tanks or as an “on press” anilox cleaner. ALTRAWASH green™ can be used in many different ways. It can be applied by hand “on press” or flushed through the entire ink system. Keeping only one cleaner in house for different cleaning applications saves you money! Most importantly, ALTRAWASH GREEN™ is a cleaning formula that is non-corrosive to ALUMINUM. Why is this so important? Aluminum is used in the construction of most Anilox sleeves, both wide and narrow web, and lightweight anilox rolls.
