Scoring Evaluation + Prevention
The program is designed to identify the causes of scoring, educate personnel and implementation of procedures to eliminate scoring. A Technical Solutions Team Member fills out a questionnaire using facts gathered from the press floor and review meetings with press and management personnel are held. From the data collected, an individualized package, describing potential causes of scoring and a step-by-step plan of implementation is assembled and presented to the facility.
