Charlotte, NC, April 26, 2011 – Graphics experts from global anilox supplier Harper Corporation will attend the FTA INFO*FLEX 2011 in Indianapolis. On both May 2 and 3,  Harper sales and technical representatives will be at Booth No. 805/807 to answer visitors’ anilox and printing questions.

Sponsored by the Flexographic Technical Association, INFO*FLEX has become a respected networking event and product showcase. The Annual Forum, with a theme “Setting the Pace for Flexo Packaging Excellence” runs concurrently in the Indiana capital.

HarperScientific™, the firm’s pressroom support supplier, will display the latest ink proofing model – the Harper motorized Phantom QD™. In addition to constant loading pressure, this unit features variable speed: from 15 to 450 inches per minute.  

The patent pending Phantom QD™ proofing system has generated much interest in its initial market release. Available options include a flexo or gravure bladed proofer, imaged transfer rolls, air and electric drive, unwind stand, glass drawdown surface and compatibility with XDI™ engravings.  Phantom QD™ proofers are fully compatible with all HarperScientific proofer rolls.
